  This iconic New Zealand housing company identity came to us seeking functional design solutions for an office space they were relocating to in Christchurch’s CBD. This corporate head office looks after all of the South
  Island and needed to accommodate both individual and open plan office spaces. As part of the client’s brief it was important that this design have a warm and positive feel for staff to work in, this was successfully achieved despite the space being long and narrow with only a small street frontage.
